About me

I help organisations understand how they can use data analytics & AI to transform their business processes and operations, in order to grow revenue, reduce costs, and improve productivity.

 

​I bring a set of skills based on my experience managing projects in data-centric environments, from large corporate business transformations to greenfield digital innovation initiatives. ​I have deep subject matter expertise across data analytics, in areas from AI and machine learning, to business analytics and BI.

 

My singular emphasis is always on problem solving and value delivery for my clients. ​ 

 

I previously built and led a boutique data and AI consultancy that worked with some of the world's largest corporates and government institutions, as well as start-ups and private businesses. ​I hold a Masters degree in Computer Science from University College London, as well as an undergraduate degree from King's College London. In my early career, I worked in the hedge fund industry in the City of London, creating quantitative analytical and risk management models for long/short equity and macro-economic trading desks.​

 

Away from the office, I like to relax by being outdoors, preferably by the sea. Below is a photo from the summit of Croagh Patrick, a pilgrimage site on the the west coast of Ireland, associated with St Patrick. The view from the top is worth the (steep) climb - I highly recommend it if you're ever in Mayo.​
