My experience
I've led data analytics, digital innovation and AI projects across government and industry, in both strategy/advisory and delivery roles. My experience has included advising senior leaders how they can use AI to deliver their key objectives, reduce costs and maximise revenue.
I've also worked in operational and project delivery roles, both as an individual contributor and a programme lead. I've led teams that have developed exceptional technical capabilities, produced novel, insightful analysis, had a transformative effect on how a business views its customers, reimagined the customer experience, re-engineered out of date processes, removed millions of dollars in costs, and revamped the company culture.
